Welcome to Essex Dojo | The UK's Number 1 Jiu Jitsu Club – Learn Jiu Jitsu from the best of the best Sensei's (teachers)

Essex Dojo is based in The Crytsal Building off of Langston Road in Debden, Essex. It started off hosting a colabration of Wanstead JuJitsu Club and Woodford JuJitsu Club under the late Chief Instructor Sensei Jeff Pelta (6th Dan).

The Dojo has been created based around a Japanese look and feel. The main wall has a mural which has been designed around the Book of Five Rings, incorporating Wind, Water, Wood, Fire and the Void.

Under the late chief instructor Sensei Jeff Pelta, he has passed down his knowledge learnt directly from Soke Robert Clark (9th Dan) and Soke Dick Morris (10th Dan), thus creating a number of Sensei’s that continue to pass down to thier students.
